Health Screener

Job description

Medical Biometric Screener ($20 – $28 p/h per diem)

We are looking for part-time biometric screeners M – F to join our team of health professionals who provide high-end concierge service to our clients. As a medical biometric screener, you will be responsible for conducting various health screenings, such as blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, and body mass index measurements.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A willingness and ability to learn and communicate basic health concepts, such as cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, etc., and their recommended guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients of diverse backgrounds and needs.
  • A professional and friendly demeanor, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A flexible and collaborative attitude, with the willingness to work as part of a team and assist other team members as needed.
  • A reliable and punctual work ethic, with the ability to travel to different locations and work various shifts as required.

 

The following qualifications are preferred but not required:

  • A certification or degree in a health-related field, such as public health, nursing, phlebotomy, medical assisting, or health education.
  • At least one year of experience in conducting biometric screenings or similar health assessments.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/Creole)

 

Additional Requirements:

  • This position requires working remotely and traveling to different locations as needed. Reliable transportation is a MUST!
  • This position requires you to complete a written questionnaire and participate in a virtual interview. If you pass the first phase, you will be invited for an in-person interview onsite. This will give you the chance to see what we do and make sure it meets your needs and expectations.
